The MooBella Ice Cream System produces a wide variety of creamy, delicious, hard-packed ice cream flavors made fresh to order in approximately 45 seconds. Consumers select the type of ice cream (currently premium or light, but soy and yogurt are coming soon), flavor (with 12 to choose from) and a mix-in (such as chocolate chips, M&M’s, walnuts, and cookies & creme) of their choice and the machine produces a 4.5 ounce scoop of mouth-watering ice cream.

- The company’s technology delivers freshly made ice cream; product taste and texture is not compromised by improper handling and storage associated with traditional hard ice cream.
- Consumers can customize their own scoop. Any combination of flavor, mix-in and ice cream can be delivered in 45 seconds.
- Automatic portion and temperature control; software prevents waste and saves money by ensuring a consistent sized scoop -- 4.5 ounces each, served at a consistent temperature.
- All ingredients are shelf-stable. They can be shipped and stored unrefrigerated, and remain packaged in the machine. This ensures a safe and sanitary operation. No freezer space is required.
- Machine has only 7 commercial dishwasher safe parts to clean, vs. 33 or more in a traditional soft-serve machine; the software manages sanitation and there are built-in safeguards that will interrupt the machine’s operation if it is not properly cleaned every 24 hours.
