1. How does the machine work?
MooBella's® patented process instantaneously aerates, flavors, and flash freezes the ingredients to produce a freshly made, delicious scoop of ice cream. The PC-based system drives the user interface which allows consumer product selection and entertainment, operator interaction and diagnostic activity. Internet-based wireless capabilities allow the system to communicate accurate sales data, track inventory in real time, and send alerts back to MooBella® headquarters.
2. What are the MooBella Ice Creamery machine specifications?
The MooBella® Ice Creamery System is only 42 inches wide by 76.5 inches high by 33.5 inches deep, utilizing less than ten square feet. The machine requires a 220 volt, 20 amp, single phase, 3-wire with a separate ground. No water source or drain is required.
3. What certifications have been granted to the MooBella Ice Creamery machine?
The MooBella® Ice Creamery machine is being designed to meet all necessary regulatory requirements and customary foodservice certifications.
All of the MooBella® food products are produced in FDA certified plants which follow stringent quality assurance procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
MooBella® is certified Kosher and uses 100% natural real dairy.
