1. How many ice cream varieties do you have?
MooBella® lets you make your own ice cream – with up to 96 different varieties. The MooBella® Ice Creamery can accommodate up to 12 flavors, 3 mix-ins and 2 different ice cream types (Premium and Light) at any given time. New flavors, mix-ins and ice cream types will be introduced periodically, so there will always be the opportunity to make something new and different.
2. What are the portion sizes?
The MooBella® Ice Creamery Machine is programmed to produce a 4.5 oz. hard scoop of fresh, made-to-order ice cream.
3. Where can I find nutritional information for your ice cream?
MooBella® Premium ice cream is made with 100% all natural real dairy, select flavors and delicious mix-ins. Click here to see the nutritional information. MooBella® Light ice cream is also made with 100% all natural dairy, select flavors and delicious mix-ins – and it is 95% fat free and has only 200 calories per scoop (not including mix-ins). 4. How did the idea behind MooBella® get started?
The original idea was the brainchild of our founder, Mr. Paul Kateman, a successful Boston-based entrepreneur who is a passionate consumer of ice cream. Mr. Kateman recognized that most food service locations were challenged to provide a high quality ice cream experience, so he unleashed his creative skills to address this market opportunity. Mr. Kateman partnered with the world renowned innovation company, Product Genesis, Inc. to help bring his dream to reality; establishing what was originally called Turbo Dynamix and successfully developing the first functioning prototype. After years of effort, this original idea has evolved into the new MooBella® Ice Creamery Machine! Kateman earned his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
